Lashin' Out with Extensions was established in 2006 when eyelash extension services were introduced to the beauty industry. I have trained many stylists and students around the DFW area and other states, even while enrolled in beauty school. This new strand by strand method was creating an even bigger buzz around 2008, during the housing crash. After TDLR regulated the practice in 2010, under Cosmetology many who were previously trained, were now considered non-compliant/illegal.  It was during this time I leveled up to open a Licensing program to fulfill a growing demand. In August of 2019, Lashin' Out with Extensions Academy opened its doors in Rowlett, TX. Since then, we have welcomed over 100 students through our doors. Of which, 80 % have successfully completed the course, 50% have PASS both state exams and currently licensed and lashin', 20 % have successfully taken the written and will soon take their practical exam and another 10% who are yet to take them. We are even more excited to announce that several have opened their own training programs, platforms, lash facilities and even a licensing school.
